Cathay Pacific Airways launched its round the world inaugural flight ORD/AMS/DXB/HKG/ANC/ORD with a picture perfect landing at ORD on Friday afternoon July 9th. Lunch and cake celebrating the event were served to representatives of the air freight forwarding community, CX Managment and staff and Progressive Transportation team, GSSA for Cathay Pacific in the Midwest and Southeast.
Guests were given a tour of the aircraft and photos were taken in the cockpit of the pristine 747-400 prior to on time departure for AMS, next leg on the itinerary. Great milestone for Cathay, and an honor for Progressive Transportation Services Inc. to be a part of this auspicious event.
